Phoebe joined DeSmog in 2020. She is currently co-deputy editor and was previously the organisation’s Senior Reporter.

Her work has appeared in The Guardian, The Independent, Politico and Financial Times, as well as German titles Deutsche Welle and Klimareporter. Phoebe is NCTJ-accredited, and holds a degree in German from Oxford University and a Masterโ€™s in environmental politics from Birkbeck.
