Daniela is Researcher and Reporter of DeSmog, joining the team from August 2021. She also freelances as an environmental and social issues reporter. Her work has appeared in publications such as VICE News, Deutsche Welle, Al Jazeera, and Wired.

She previously covered communication positions within environmental NGOs and European Institutions. She holds an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Journalism, Media and Globalisation from the University of Amsterdam, University of Aarhus, and the Danish School of Journalism and Media (2014).
