Moon An editorial in The Washington Times criticizes a recent piece of writing by NASAย Scientist Jim Hansen for not explaining why global warming is caused by human activities.ย Perhaps thatโ€™s because the scientific proof of human-generated warming is fast becoming ancient history.ย  It may not be known to the journalistic footsoldiers of that paragon of scientific inquiry, the Rev. Sun Myung Moon.ย  But the case has long been accepted by the worldโ€™s community of mainstream climate scientists since 1995. (For a summary of the experiments by which scientists prove that global warming is a function of our burning of oil and coal, see:ย  โ€œThe Scientific Case for Human Induced Warming.โ€)
