The World Bank, whichย has invested over $25 billion in oil, gas and coal projects since 1992, when the Climate Convention was signed,ย has yet to learn the meaning of sustainability.ย  The Bank is now promoting the growth of coal and nuclear technologies as panaceas for developing countries.ย ย
